Gymkhana Mobile App Idea was born out of the problems faced by Gymkhana Members and Hospitality staff. It is often difficult for Club Members to physically reserve all activities of the Gymkhana Club, such as Food Orders, Dine-In or Takeaway orders, and Sports Complex activities. Similarly, Hospitality Staff, Management Staff, and Account Staff also face challenges. The Mobile App has been designed to solve all of the above-mentioned issues.

Club Smart App Installation is the first and foremost step to access intermediary services. Club member personal information is saved in the app. Every member can sign in via OTP Verification. Club members can avail and entertain themselves using their Palm tops. Club members are facilitated by features such as Room reservation, Food Order reservation, Takeaway Order, and Self Food Ordering using Tabs. A Payment Gateway is also provided for Club Smart App members to pay through Debit/Credit Cards, Jazz Cash, Easy Paisa.

With a single click, all ledger details of any member can be viewed. Moreover, Management and account staff can also access kitchen stock reports and bills of every single member with a finger click on a daily basis, as well as monthly sales summaries. The Help Desk is an attractive feature of the Mobile App to assist respectable guests in case of any inconvenience.

Additionally, the E-Polling system is a rich and healthy feature of the Club Smart App as it is necessarily required.
