Have Fun!

But Obey Our Squash Courts Rules

At Rawalpindi Gymkhana, we encourage you to enjoy every moment on the court—whether you’re practicing solo, competing with friends, or just playing for fun. Squash is a fast, thrilling sport, but safety, respect, and fairness must always come first. By following our squash rules, you help maintain a clean, safe, and enjoyable environment for everyone. So step onto the court, give it your best, and remember—play hard, play fair, and play by the rules!

  • Wear non-marking court shoes to protect the court surface.
  • Warm up before playing to avoid injuries and perform better.
  • Use protective eyewear, especially for juniors and during fast-paced games.
  • Book your court time in advance and arrive promptly.
  • Respect your opponent and play with good sportsmanship.
  • Keep the court clean—remove any towels or personal items after your session.
  • Report any damage to the court or equipment to the supervisor.
  • Follow proper squash etiquette, including fair play and calling lets when necessary.
  • Stay hydrated and bring your own water bottle.
  • Stretch and cool down after the game to recover properly.
  • Don’t wear outdoor or marking shoes on the court.
  • Don’t slam rackets against walls or floors—it can damage the facility.
  • Don’t bring food or drinks (except water) into the court area.
  • Don’t use the court beyond your reserved time slot.
  • Don’t ignore safety gear, especially eye protection in competitive play.
  • Don’t leave equipment lying around inside the court.
  • Don’t argue over points—resolve disputes calmly or call for a let.
  • Don’t play excessively rough—respect your opponent’s space and safety.
  • Don’t make loud noises or disrupt players on adjacent courts.
  • Don’t enter the court while others are playing—wait for the game to end.
