At Rawalpindi Gymkhana, we want your fitness journey to be enjoyable, motivating, and safe. While you’re here to break a sweat and push your limits, it’s just as important to respect the shared space and those around you. Our gym rules are designed to keep the environment clean, safe, and welcoming for everyone. So go ahead—lift, run, stretch, and enjoy every workout—but please follow the guidelines to ensure a great experience for all!


  • Warm up properly before starting your workout to prevent injury.
  • Wipe down equipment after use to maintain cleanliness.
  • Return weights and equipment to their designated places after use.
  • Use a towel to cover benches and machines during workouts.
  • Follow gym timings and respect closing hours.
  • Stay hydrated and bring your own water bottle.
  • Wear appropriate gym attire and footwear at all times.
  • Listen to your body and rest if you’re feeling unwell.
  • Ask for assistance if you’re unsure how to use equipment.
  • Be courteous to other members and staff.
  • Don’t drop weights unnecessarily—it’s loud and can damage the floor.
  • Don’t occupy equipment for long periods, especially during peak hours.
  • Don’t use your phone for loud calls or videos on the gym floor.
  • Don’t leave your personal belongings scattered around.
  • Don’t wear open-toe shoes or sandals inside the gym.
  • Don’t monopolize mirrors for selfies during busy hours.
  • Don’t interrupt others during their workouts unless necessary.
  • Don’t use equipment without understanding the proper form.
  • Don’t bring food or outside drinks into the gym area.
  • Don’t ignore safety signs or instructions from staff.
