Rawalpindi Gymkhana Club Invites EOIs for New Commercial Facilities on BOT Basis
Rawalpindi Gymkhana Club (RGC), one of the city’s most prestigious members-only social and recreational institutions, has invited Expressions of Interest (EOIs) from established and financially sound entities for the development of state-of-the-art commercial outlets within its prime premises at 1-Civil Lines, Rashid Minhas Road, Rawalpindi.
As part of its ongoing commitment to enhancing member experience and modernizing facilities, RGC plans to develop these outlets on a Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) basis. The envisaged facilities include a bakery and flower shop, laundry and dry-cleaning outlet, gentlemen’s salon, ladies’ beauty parlour, a mini-cinema with approximately 60 seats, a rooftop coffee shop, and a rooftop restaurant.

The Club has encouraged reputable organizations with proven expertise in design, construction, operation, and management of similar high-end facilities to participate. Interested parties may conduct site visits during office hours (Monday to Saturday, 9:00 am to 7:00 pm) to assess available spaces. Comprehensive technical and financial proposals, supported by architectural designs, operational frameworks, revenue models, and cost estimates, must be submitted in sealed envelopes by February 4, 2026, by 1700 hours.
This initiative reflects Rawalpindi Gymkhana Club’s vision to blend heritage with modern amenities while offering enhanced services to its esteemed members.
